Positions are available for all Levels. Years of experience are approximate.
  • Consultant Level - 2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • Senior Consultant Level - 5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • Manager Level - 7 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • Senior Manager Level - 10+ years of relevant consulting experience
Deloitte is currently interviewing for professionals with one of the following areas of specialization.

Systems Integration candidates are required to have:

  • 3+ years of experience implementing large-scale custom development and/or systems integration projects across multiple phases of the software development lifecycle

Must also have at least one full lifecycle project in one or more of the following areas:

  • Significant experience with J2EE or .NET solution development and application architecture
  • Significant experience with enterprise applications such as Siebel, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle
  • IT Strategy initiatives
  • Middleware implementations
  • Leveraging overall technical architecture knowledge across multiple industries
  • Business process analysis, mapping, and design
  • Requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, and performing current-state system analysis
  • Performing conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques
  • Testing, including all phases: system, integration, and performance testing and ensuring traceability

Technology Strategy & Architecture candidates are required to have:

  • Experience in lead roles performing technology assessments and developing strategic recommendations
  • Ability to articulate leading business issues and trends, including the associated technology implications within one or more industries
  • Demonstrated experience in business process improvement and the application of business acumen while leveraging information technology

Must also have at least one full lifecycle project in one or more of the following areas:

  • IT Strategy & Effectiveness - Delivering IT strategies driven both from a top-down analysis starting with an articulated business strategy and a bottom-up technology capability analysis; assisting clients in formalizing the tools and processes needed to understand how IT resources and programs create shareholder (business) value and how to improve IT resource allocation to maximize value
  • Networking Technologies - Voice & Data Networks; MPLS WAN Conversions; Wireless LAN Security Planning and Design, Network Backbone Optimization

Information Management candidates are required to have:

  • Ability to architect, design and develop an enterprise business intelligence and data warehousing solution
  • Define, design and implement logical and physical data models
  • Proficient with ETL tools and be able to architect an ETL solution
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Design and implement reporting data sources and complex reports
  • Design and develop data cleansing routines utilizing typical data quality functions involving standardization, transformation, rationalization, linking and matching
  • Knowledge of data, master data and metadata related standards, processes and technology

Must also have at least one full lifecycle implementation project in one or more of the following areas:

  • Experience creating processes for defining and documenting data standards and meta models
  • Build an integrated metadata environment consisting of both operational and business metadata and ensure the quality and integrity of the data
  • Identify opportunities to optimize performance of existing data structures
  • Design and implement data quality and data auditing processes
  • Provide expertise in data discovery and profiling

SAP Package Technologies:

  • 4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • At least 2 years of experience leading teams
  • A minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations
  • Strong SAP configuration and design skills

Oracle Package Technologies:

  • A functional/technical professional with at least one full lifecycle of Oracle or Siebel or Peoplesoft implementations
  • Extensive experience implementing Oracle or Siebel or Peoplesoft
  • Strong configuration and design skills
  • Configuration and test scenario definition, script development, and execution

Additional Requirement for ALL positions

  • Ability to travel 80-100%
  • A Bachelors and/or Masters degree or equivalent
